Job summary

Children's Wisconsin seeks a capable leader to manage the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will supervise personnel and serve as a liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments, partnering with physician leaders to plan, develop, and evaluate all aspects of the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.
• Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Serve as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments.
• In partnership with physician leaders, take leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the department.
• Identify and pursue gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.
