Responsibilities

• Create new registrations and check patients in for scheduled and walk-in clinical visits.
• Schedule patient return visit appointments.
• Minimize clinic access delays and communicate with patients and families.
• Obtain signed consent for care and ensure infection prevention standards.
• Establish systems to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency.
