Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and conduct patient registration.

• Schedule appointments and document accurately in the patient records system.
• Provide financial counseling and explain insurance benefits and payment options.
• Liaise with billing and clinical teams to resolve issues and maximize service quality.
• Support team with patient flow, basic training, and processing deposits and signatures.
