Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with a passion for serving pediatric patients as well as special needs patients (both children and adults). The successful candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude and strong commitment to providing excellent health care to our patients.

The RDA assists in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients by performance of routine and delegated duties per standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant.
• One year of RDA experience.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Background and Drug Screening Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist and anesthesia provider with instruments, supplies and procedures.
• Scrub for dental procedures and prepare for cases; maintain stock room.
• Take and check x-ray equipment; decontaminate and sterilize instruments.
• Provide care considering pediatric/adolescent development and safety.
• Front Desk duties and Patient Service Coordinator responsibilities.

Education

High School Graduate or Equivalent
