Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Dental Assistant to support pediatric and special needs patients. The role involves scrubbing for surgeries, taking x-rays, and assisting with patient flow and front desk tasks.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited dental assistant program, an active RDA license, BLS certification, and at least one year of RDA experience, with a strong work ethic and patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent is required.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program is required.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant is required.
• One year of RDA experience is required.
• Current BLS Certificate is required.
• Background and Drug Screening Required is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and anesthesia provider with instruments, sutures, sponges and supplies per procedure and requirements.
• Prepare for dental surgical cases by selecting supplies, ensuring availability, and maintaining stock rooms.
• Take and maintain x-ray equipment and perform x-ray duties as needed.
• Decontaminate and sterilize equipment, instruments, and rooms between cases.
• Provide front desk duties and patient service coordination as part of the role.

Education
