Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant with a passion for serving pediatric and special needs patients. The RDA assists in surgical prep, scrubbing, and instrument care while working closely with dentists to deliver excellent patient care.

The role includes front desk duties as a Patient Service Coordinator, with requirements for accredited training, active RDA license, and BLS.

Competenze

• RDA must be licensed and have graduated from an accredited dental assistant program.
• Minimum of 1 year RDA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS certification and background/drug screening required.

Mansioni

• Assist dentist and anesthesia provider with instruments, sutures, sponges and supplies.
• Prepare for dental surgical cases and maintain inventory.
• Know procedures and dentist preferences; stay organized.
• Provide patient care tailored to pediatric and adolescent needs.
• Transfer patients from bed to gurney as needed.
• Decontaminate and maintain equipment; clean rooms between cases.
• Follow CDC/ manufacturer guidelines for sterilization.
• Take and check x-ray images; preserve x-ray equipment.
• Mix cement and related materials; operate suction and air/water syringes.
• Deliver specimens to RN; assist with OR turnover and emergencies.
• Perform Front Desk duties and serve as Patient Service Coordinator.
