Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to serve pediatric and special needs patients. The RDA will scrub for surgeries, assist dentists and anesthesia, and help maintain sterile environment.

Responsibilities include preparing for cases, taking X-rays, stocking rooms, and front desk tasks as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma, completing an accredited DA program, and an active RDA license with BLS.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant.
• One year of RDA experience.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Background and Drug Screening Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and anesthesia provider with instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Scrub for surgical procedures and prepare/clean rooms.
• Take and check X-rays; maintain X-ray equipment.
• Decontaminate and sterilize equipment per guidelines.
• Stock OR and prepare supplies for cases.
• Provide patient care with attention to pediatric and special needs patients.
• Front Desk duties and Patient Service coordination as needed.

Education

Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program
