Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support pediatric and special needs patients in a part-time role in Oakland Park, FL. The RDA will scrub for surgical procedures, take x-rays, decontaminate and stock rooms, and assist the dentist and anesthesia team while also performing front desk duties as a Patient Service Coordinator.

Required: high school diploma, completion of an accredited RDA program, active state RDA license, current BLS, and

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant.
• One year of RDA experience.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Background and Drug Screening Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist and anesthesia provider with instruments, supplies, and setup.
• Prepare for dental surgical cases and maintain stock/inventory.
• Scrub for procedures and sterilize/decontaminate rooms and equipment.
• Take and check x-ray equipment.
• Front desk duties and Patient Service Coordinator responsibilities.
