Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support pediatric and special needs patients. The role focuses on assisting dentists and anesthesia, scrubbing for surgeries, maintaining sterile rooms, and managing supplies.

You will also handle front desk duties and patient service coordination. A one-year RDA background, an accredited program, a current RDA license, BLS, and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant.
• One year of RDA experience.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Background and Drug Screening Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and anesthesia providers with instruments, sutures, sponges and supplies as needed.
• Prepare for dental surgical cases by gathering supplies and ensuring availability.
• Scrub for surgical procedures and sterilize instruments and rooms.
• Takes and checks x-rays and maintains x-ray equipment.
• Decontaminate and maintain equipment and rooms between cases.
• Provide front desk duties and patient service coordination as needed.
