Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism and related disorders. Join a growth-oriented team that values compassionate care and professional development.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize outcomes. Responsibilities include direct-care therapy in individual sessions, participation in treatment plans, and helping families apply strategies in daily

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Ability to travel to client locations.
RBT certification within first 3 months if not already certified.

Responsibilities

Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions; group sessions may be assigned.
Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
Collect accurate data as per company policies.
Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
Support family and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
Maintain professionalism including attire, timeliness, and communication.
