Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver medically prescribed therapy to pediatric patients in the home. Under a Physical Therapist's supervision, you will guide patients and caregivers to restore and enhance functional performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant is required.
• Current state licensure for a PTA is required.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical physical therapy under PT supervision.
• Coordinate patient progress with PT and caregivers.
• Maintain documentation and records promptly.
• Manage caseload and ensure productivity.
• Participate in continuing education and team initiatives.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained.

Education
