KidsCare Home Health is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver pediatric in-home therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role emphasizes family coaching, documentation, and collaborative care in a home setting.

Formación

• Associate degree as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Current state licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Home health or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical PT services under PT supervision.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and office staff.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Maintain caseload productivity and schedules.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Serve as a backup service provider as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
