Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional license to practice Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification is required.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric physical therapy in home health settings.
• Instruct patients and families with home exercise programs and progress reporting.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to families and physicians.
• Mentor students and new hires; participate in QA/PI activities.
