Family of Kidz in Suffolk County, NY seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention/Preschool program. You will design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload and conduct evaluations.

The role offers both fee-for-service and full-time options with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Compensation for EI is $71-$75 per hour with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• Graduate with a DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for all children on caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors and coordinators on case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
