Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team serving children birth to 3 and their families in Massachusetts.

You will provide home-based and community services, using a parent coaching model and collaborating with a trans-disciplinary team to support developmental outcomes. The role offers full-time employment with a competitive USD 70,000–74,000 salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, monthly incentives, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
