Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric early intervention services across home, centers, and community settings. This role supports families and collaborates with a trans-disciplinary team to implement Individual Family Service Plans.

Open roles include full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service options with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and monthly incentives. FFS rates from $61–$65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 apps.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Collaborate with community providers to coordinate services.
• Coordinate development and monitoring of the IFSP.
