Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to work with Birth-5 year olds in a preschool setting near Hawthorne, NY. The role features a fee-for-service arrangement or potential full-time placement, with cases handled during the school day and a flexible schedule.

Compensation includes a fee-for-service rate and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of active employment with cases. Benefits for full-time roles include PTO, holidays, health insurance, 401(k), and more.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License; new grads welcome pending licensure.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement adaptive therapies for children on caseload.
• Administer and document physical therapy evaluations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and school coordinators on case management.
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing records.
• Schedule planning with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend CPSE/CSE meetings or annual reviews.
