Beth Israel Lahey Health in Seacoast, NH, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Psychiatrist to join an embedded, multidisciplinary primary care team. The role combines direct clinical care with Collaborative Care Management within an integrated care model for patients aged 0–22.

You will work with pediatricians, care managers, and behavioral health clinicians to develop treatments, prescribe medications, and provide case consultation.

Qualifications

• Completed training at an accredited medical college/university with Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
• Board-certification, or board-eligibility, in pediatric psychiatry.
• Experience in Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) or liaison psychiatry.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to flex between outpatient and inpatient settings, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric patients (ages 0-22).
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with a variety of complex psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications.
• Provide weekly Collaborative Care Management caseload consultation to behavioral health care managers.
• Provide telephonic or electronic case consultation with primary care providers on patient care plans and treatment decisions, offering psychiatric expertise and guidance.
