Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. in Exeter, NH, seeks a full-time Pediatric Psychiatrist to join an integrated primary care team. The role involves direct clinical care, outpatient psychiatry, and Collaborative Care Management across pediatrics from birth through young adulthood.

The ideal candidate will work within an interdisciplinary group, coordinate with pediatricians and behavioral health colleagues, and flex between outpatient and inpatient settings as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical college/university.
• Board certification or eligibility in pediatric psychiatry.
• Experience with Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) or liaison psychiatry.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work in outpatient and inpatient settings when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric patients (0–22).
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as appropriate.
• Provide weekly Collaborative Care Management caseload consultation to care managers.
• Offer telephonic/electronic case consultations to primary care providers.
