Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services is seeking a Psychiatrist for our Outpatient Clinic in Salem, MA. You will provide direct outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy, with psychopharmacology management.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted MA Physician License and MA/DEA registrations.
• Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Expertise in DSM diagnostics, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: psychiatric evaluations and individualized care plans.
• Treatment & Safety: monitor meds and adjust treatments, prioritize safety.
• Documentation: submit billing and progress notes within 48 hours.
• Care Coordination: collaborate with therapists, NPs and social workers.
• Supervision & Leadership: participate in supervision; possible supervision of students.
• Compliance: adhere to HIPAA, DMH, MA medical board, and regulations.
