University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Pediatric Program Manager to lead operational initiatives within the Department of Anesthesiology - Pediatric Division in Aurora, CO. The role partners with division leadership to optimize processes, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting to support over 40 Advanced Practice Providers and about 55 physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 4–6 years of experience in clinical operations or personnel management.
• Substitution: education plus related experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business projects, partnering with division leadership to implement operational initiatives.
• Oversee budget planning and execution for clinical services and clinics.
• Support hiring and workforce planning in coordination with division leadership.
• Supervise the pediatric administrative team and coordinate scheduling and meetings.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with faculty affairs and administrative staff.
• Ensure accurate scheduling using Qgenda and reflect leave and variable-pay information.
• Track action items and collaborate with payroll to ensure salary funding and incentive payments.
