Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Pediatric Program Manager in the Anesthesiology - Pediatric Division to lead healthcare operations and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with division leadership, faculty, and admin partners to optimize processes that support patient care, education, and research missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of clinical operations or personnel management experience.
• Master's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with scheduling systems and healthcare administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business projects by planning, organizing, implementing, and executing operational initiatives with division leadership.
• Manage financial planning and oversight for multiple clinics, including budget planning and execution.
• Support workforce planning and hiring targets aligned with budgets and needs.
• Oversee the pediatric administrative team and coordinate division communications and resources.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and faculty/employee experience activities.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy and alignment with payroll and incentives.
• Drive follow-through and accountability through division operations meetings.
