The Department of Anesthesiology's Pediatric Division is lookingfor a Program Manager who is passionate about healthcareoperations, process improvement, and supporting teams that deliverexceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to serveas a key operational leader within one of the largest pediatricanesthesiology divisions in the region, supporting a team of morethan 40 Advanced Practice Providers and approximately 55physicians. The Program Manager will work closely with divisionleadership, faculty, clinical teams, and administrative partners todrive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and ensure thedivision has the resources and support necessary to achieve itsclinical, educational, and research missions.
