University of Colorado Anschutz seeks a Pediatric Program Manager to lead operational initiatives for the Department of Anesthesiology - Pediatric Division. You will collaborate with division leadership, clinical teams, and administrative partners to optimize processes and resources for over 40 advanced practice providers and about 55 physicians.

The role emphasizes program management, recruiting, scheduling, and financial oversight within a leading academic medical environment in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of professional experience in clinical operations and/or personnel management.
• Substitution: education and related experience may substitute for a degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business projects by planning, organizing, implementing, and executing operational initiatives with division leadership.
• Manage financial planning and oversight for clinics, including budget planning and execution.
• Support workforce and hiring planning with Division Administrator to align targets with budgets.
• Oversee the Pediatric administrative team, hold staff meetings, maintain resources, and escalate barriers and successes.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with Faculty Affairs and Recruitment Coordinator.
• Oversee scheduling coordination to ensure accurate reflections of assignments and pay info.
• Facilitate Division Operations meetings and ensure salary funding distributions and incentive payments are timely.
