Job summary
Nemours Children's Health in Orlando, FL is seeking a Neonatologist to join the Division of Neonatology at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida. The role centers on caring for infants with complex chronic lung disease and building a multidisciplinary Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) program.
You will collaborate with neonatology subspecialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and families to advance care, quality, and research.
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree required.
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
- Interest/experience in chronic lung disease of prematurity or multidisciplinary program development preferred.
- Academic, quality improvement, or research experience welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and leadership of a comprehensive BPD program.
- Participate in inpatient neonatal care in a Level IV NICU.
- Develop evidence-based clinical pathways and quality initiatives.
- Engage in education, mentorship, and scholarly activities across the division.
- Contribute to program development, strategic planning, and clinical innovation.
