You will supervise education, monitor performance, and coordinate with physicians and interprofessional colleagues to maintain efficient, patient-centered care across departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years ambulatory/physician practice experience required.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and scheduling platforms.
• Understanding of patient privacy laws and HIPAA guidelines.
• Any outpatient/orthopedic/pediatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises orientation and ongoing staff education with clear role expectations.
• Coaches staff performance and contributes to appraisals and feedback.
• Facilitates meetings, huddles, trainings to support team-based care.
• Oversees daily operations, including staff scheduling and workflow.
• Monitors attendance, professionalism, and adherence to standards.
• Leads staff training and EMR super-user responsibilities.
• Coordinates patient flow and interdisciplinary communication.
• Contributes to policy development and family-centered care goals.
• Attends meetings and participates in department performance improvement.
