Shriners Children’s in New York seeks a Practice Supervisor to lead ambulatory clinic staff, ensure safe, high‑quality patient care, and keep operations running smoothly.
You will oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, EMR support, and collaboration with physicians, while upholding HIPAA and department standards.

The Practice Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support to practice staff to promote safe, high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. This role monitors ambulatory clinic staff performance, ensures adherence to policies and standards, and fosters a collaborative, professional environment. The supervisor supports onboarding, education, and performance improvement initiatives, while serving as a resource for patients, families, and staff in alignment with Shriners Children’s mission, vision, and core values.
Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
