Shriners Children's is seeking a Practice Manager 1 to lead daily clinic operations at small-volume sites, driving efficiency, patient-centered care, and collaboration across clinical and administrative teams. This hands-on leader will ensure regulatory compliance, quality care, and financial stewardship while reporting to higher-level operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any program.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in clinic or health operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic workflows to ensure efficiency and patient centered care.
• Anticipates operational needs and implements proactive solutions.
• Adjusts physician and APP templates based on operational needs.
• Supervises and coaches administrative and clinical support staff.
• Leads team huddles, performance check-ins and policy implementation.
• Presents operational decisions with rationale and alternatives to site and system leadership.
