Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive evaluations.
• Maintains documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes.
• Ensures age/developmental appropriate care and adjusts plans as needed.
• Promotes quality, safety and collaboration within the care team.
