Qualifications

• Current licensure in North Carolina.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Level C.
• DPT/B.S./M.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment according to the Standard of Practice.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
