Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center's Outpatient Rehabilitation: Pediatrics department in Miller is hiring a full-time physical therapist. You will assess and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program, state licensure, and CPR certification. Hospital experience is preferred; 40 hours per week with Mon-Fri and a rotating 4-hour Saturday every 8 weeks;

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (BLS, Level C) required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards and promotes teamwork and quality patient care.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with a clear treatment plan and goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and discharge notes.
