Job summary

Advocate Health's Wake Forest Baptist outpatient physical therapy department is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support weekend coverage. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, with strong teamwork and communication.

Requires a BS in physical therapy; licensure in the state; CPR every two years; MS or DPT preferred. You will evaluate, treat, document, and ensure quality care while meeting productivity and department standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school required.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the applicable state with current licensure.
• CPR certification required every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment according to Standard of Practice.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation including evaluations, progress notes and discharge notes.
• Meets department financial and productivity standards and adjusts schedules to meet needs.
• Promotes professional development and education of other staff.
• Supervises PT and PTA students to develop clinical skills.
