Family of Kidz in Northern Westchester, NY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to design and deliver creative interventions for children on your caseload, including early intervention and preschool clients. You will administer and document evaluations, maintain professional communication with families, school teams, and coordinators, and ensure accurate attendance and billing records.

A NY license is required; bilingual skills are a plus, and full-time or part-time arrangements may apply,

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse families.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on caseload.
• Work with early intervention and preschool children.
• Administer and document physical therapy evaluations.
• Communicate with supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and professionals.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs accurately and on time.
• Create and manage schedules with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend CPSE/CSE meetings or annual reviews as needed.
