Family of Kidz seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support children in Northern Westchester, NY. The role involves designing targeted therapies, collaborating with school staff and families, and documenting progress toward IFSP/IEP goals.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package. NY licensure and a degree in Physical Therapy are required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on caseload.
• Work with early intervention and preschool children.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Communicate with lead supervisors and coordinators about case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families and school teams.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with families/school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
