Job summary

Family of Kidz in Albany, NY is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to design and deliver creative interventions for children on caseloads, including early intervention and preschool services. You will evaluate and document progress, communicate with lead supervisors, and coordinate with families and school personnel.

The role requires a NY PT license, strong communication, and a collaborative, flexible mindset to thrive in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Hold current New York State Physical Therapy license.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Work with early intervention and/or preschool children
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and school teams
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs
• Create and manage schedules with families and school personnel
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings as needed
