Family of Kidz in Albany, NY is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support early intervention and preschool children. The role may be part-time or full-time, with compensation at $102/hour, depending on services, experience, and licensure.

The position offers flexibility based on caseload and interview discussions. Design and implement creative therapeutic interventions, conduct evaluations, and coordinate with lead supervisors to ensure quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree and New York State license.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on caseload.
• Work with early intervention and/or preschool children.
• Administer and document physical therapy evaluations.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and coordinators on case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs accurately and timely.
• Create and manage schedules with families and school personnel.
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
