Family of Kidz in Wappingers Falls, NY seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to support children in home, daycare, or community settings. This role offers a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours depending on caseload, and compensation around $112 per hour.

Rates vary by service, experience, and licenses. You will design and implement creative interventions, collaborate with early intervention teams, complete evaluations, and maintain accurate records while staying connected

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Working with early intervention and / or preschool children
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
