Family of Kidz is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist in Northern Westchester, NY. The role involves designing and delivering therapeutic interventions for children, collaborating with early intervention teams, and handling evaluations and data collection.

Successful candidates hold a NY PT license, have strong communication skills, and can work with families and school personnel. Bilingual abilities are a plus; compensation is hourly and may be full-time or fee-for-service depending on

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Work with early intervention and/or preschool children.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
