Job summary

Family of Kidz in Northern Westchester, NY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload, including early intervention and preschool groups. You will administer evaluations, maintain detailed attendance and billing logs, and coordinate with supervisors, families, and school teams to support each child's IFSP/IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited university.
• Current New York State Physical Therapy license.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on caseload.
• Work with early intervention and/or preschool children.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Maintain and communicate with lead supervisors and coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
