Job summary

Arbor Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our full-time outpatient clinic. You will provide evidence-based PT services for children and young adults to improve mobility, strength, coordination, independence, and participation in daily activities.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise assistants as appropriate, manage a ~32 visits per week caseload, complete documentation, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility.
• Pediatric experience or strong interest in pediatric rehab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric PT evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Provide engaging interventions to improve mobility and balance.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a full-time caseload (≈32+ visits per week).
• Complete timely documentation including notes and progress reports.
• Supervise PTAs when applicable and permitted.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and caregivers.
