Job summary

Arbor Therapy is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Glendale clinic team, providing evidence-based therapy to children and young adults to improve mobility and independence.

You'll work with a collaborative team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, SLPs, and support staff, with mentorship, professional development, and a supportive culture. The role includes a full-time caseload and a focus on quality care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility to obtain Arizona licensure.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before employment.
  • Pediatric experience or strong interest in early intervention, developmental disabilities, and pediatric rehabilitation.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pediatric physical therapy evaluations, screenings, and ongoing assessments.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care based on each client's functional needs and goals.
  • Provide engaging interventions that support mobility, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, motor development, and independence.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes.
  • Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 32 or more client visits per week.
  • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and other required documentation.
  • Provide direction and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants, when applicable and consistent with Arizona requirements.
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, caregivers, and other members of the client's care team.
  • Educate and support families through home-program recommendations and ongoing communication.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements, professional standards, and company policies.
  • Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and collaborative clinic environment.

Pediatric Physical Therapist – Glendale Clinic

Full-Time | Outpatient Pediatrics

Arbor Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Glendale clinic team.

In this full-time role, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services that help children and young adults improve their mobility, strength, coordination, independence, and participation in everyday activities.

You’ll work alongside experienced physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, therapy assistants, and support staff in a collaborative environment where your clinical expertise and professional growth are valued.

What You'll Do

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and evidence-based practice
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, reaching, lifting, and physical participation in treatment activities. Physical Therapists work closely with clients who may have a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory, physical, behavioral, and communication needs in an active outpatient clinic environment.
