Job summary

Arbor Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient clinic. In this full-time role, you will deliver pediatric OT services under supervision, implementing engaging, play-based, evidence-informed treatment plans to help children develop independence and meaningful daily skills.

You'll collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs and families, maintain robust documentation, and participate in clinical mentorship and professional development

Qualifications

• Pediatric OT-related abilities and teamwork
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with play-based, evidence-informed interventions
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric OT services under supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans for developmental goals
• Deliver play-based interventions addressing motor, sensory, self-care and regulation skills
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with OTs, COTAs, SLPs, PTs, caregivers and team
• Educate families with home-program recommendations and ongoing communication
• Create a welcoming experience for clients and families
