Arbor Therapy in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. In this full-time role, you will evaluate children, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, balance, and independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and have access to mentoring, ongoing professional development, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it before employment.
• Pediatric experience or strong interest in pediatric rehab.

Aufgaben

• Perform pediatric PT evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on functional needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility and independence.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 32+ visits per week.
• Document evaluations and progress notes accurately and timely.
