Job summary

Arbor Therapy in Glendale is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient clinic team. You will provide evidence-based services to children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Grow your pediatric expertise in AAC, early intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or the ability to obtain one before employment.
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it before employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, social interaction, and feeding disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions to promote meaningful outcomes.
• Educate and partner with parents and caregivers throughout the therapy process.
• Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, assistants, and support staff.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Provide mentorship or supervision to students and SLP Assistants when qualified.
