Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and specimen collection duties within outpatient lab settings.
• Experience with patient check-in, scheduling and insurance verification is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer systems for registration and test ordering is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and parents and assist with scheduling and registration.
• Collect blood specimens by venipuncture and ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Enter patient information, orders and results into LIS; coordinate specimen transport.
• Provide phone and in-person assistance, answer questions and support lab staff.
