Responsibilities

Technical/Phlebotomy - Perform approved specimen collection procedures, point-of-care testing and processing.
Customer Service - Act as patient advocate and meet patient/family needs with courtesy and empathy.
Collaboration - Work with others to achieve goals and share knowledge.
Professional Development - Maintain currency with continuing education and mandatory trainings.
Compliance - Follow all policies, guidelines, regulations, and accreditation standards.
