Qualifications

• High school diploma and completed phlebotomy program or equivalent experience.
• 2 years pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
• PBT (ASCP) or CLPIB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples ensuring safety guidelines.
• Conduct waived and Point-of-Care (POC) testing.
• Process lab orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide customer service to patients and families.
