Actalent is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our clinical laboratory team in San Bernardino, CA. The role focuses on pediatric and neonatal blood collection, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with care teams to ensure accurate specimen handling.

The successful candidate will perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, including difficult pediatric cases, while maintaining strict quality and throughput in a fast-paced lab environment.

Competenze

• Phelebotomy certifications required: CPT 1 License.
• Experience with pediatric and neonatal blood draws preferred.
• Follows safety and compliance standards in all procedures.
• Proven ability to train patient service technicians in phlebotomy procedures.
