Job summary
Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers in Toledo, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced, in-person care teams on a PRN basis. You will perform postoperative nursing care, monitor recovery, and document patient status in a collaborative ASC environment.
The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and completion of ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire. Our team emphasizes safety, quality care, and compassionate service for pediatric patients and families.
Qualifications
- Current State License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
- ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing care for patients in the immediate postoperative/post anesthesia period.
- Assess and document patient status upon arrival in the recovery room.
- Provide nursing care to meet patient needs related to surgical condition and anesthesia.
- Monitor patient and inform dentist or anesthetist of any complications.
