Qualifications

• Keyboard and computer skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for off-site locations.
• If personal vehicle is used, proof of automobile liability coverage may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk coverage under supervision and according to policies.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, greets patients, registers new patients in EPIC, and schedules tests and verifies insurance eligibility.
• Processes patient charges by totaling fees, applying insurance, adjusting, and recording payments.
